London Bridge Pub Under New Ownership Downtown
After a lengthy bankruptcy process, the iconic London Bridge Pub at 110 E. Hargett Street has changed hands. Local hospitality veteran Jon Seelbinder has stepped in as the new owner and plans a full rebranding, renovations, and a fresh, English-inspired menu that aims to revitalize the space.

New Flavors Coming to Raleigh Iron Works
Chef Meherwan Irani—behind the acclaimed Asheville institution Chai Pani—is expanding to Raleigh! His grilled Indian street food concept, Botiwalla, is set to open in the Raleigh Iron Works development in early 2026. Expect bold, late-night fare like kebabs, chaat, lamb burgers, and chai slushies in a vibrant street‑food setting. Service is expected to begin next spring
